4 mint sprig
8 pieces of pure chocolate (you can use any chocolate you want but for it to be a healthy snack you need to take pure)
1. Remove the mint from the sprig. Cook the chocolate au bain marie (put a glass bowl in a pan with hot water or buy a special chocolate melting pan like me), do not forget to stir the chocolate gently
2. Dip the mint leaf 3/4 in the chocolate and place in on a oven dish with baking paper or anything else you can put in the freezer.
Let the leaves cool down for 30 minutes in the freezer, you can leave them there for a maximum of 12 hours.
3. Take the dish from the freezer and you can enjoy this easy and healthy snack
