Serves 4 (and more)
+- 800 gr minced meat

600 gr vegetables (any kind you like, I like stir fry vegetables for my mac)
200 gr Mushrooms (optional)
1 package macaroni pasta
1 can luncheon meat
1 sauce of your choosing ( I like to use spicy pasta sauce) (you can also make the sauce yourself ofc)
1 can of peeled tomato’s
some rasped cheese (optional)

In a stir fry pan bake the minced meat without any butter till it has a nice brown color, then add the herbs and spice you want to use and stir it all up and leave simmering for 1-2 min.
In a different pan bake the mushrooms on a low heat till they are brown.
In the meantime put on a big pan of water and follow the instructions on the macaroni on how to cook them (mostly boil them 8-10 min, add a bit of olive oil to make the pasta non sticky)
Add the luncheon meat to the minced meat and bake till the luncheon meat is done, then add vegetables and cook till they are done.
Add sauce and peeled tomato’s and bring it to a boil, then turn the heat down and leave it simmer for 3-5 min.
In the meantime the pasta should be ready, let the water out of the pan and make sure there is not a lot of water left. (Preferably none)
Mix the pasta with the meat and sauce and stir it till the pasta is completely covered in the sauce.
Put it on a plate and add the mushrooms and cheese 🙂
Bon appetite!
