400 gr mushrooms
1 paprika (i like to use the green ones)
2 onions
2 tablespoons water
4 tablespoons milk
1 cup of Philadelphia spread ( you can use any cheese spread you like and flavor)

Cut the mushrooms, paprika and onions into small pieces.
Heat a little bit of butter in a pan and bake the mushrooms and onions until they both have a brown color.
Add the paprika and let it sudder for about 3 minutes.
Add the water, milk and Philadelphia spread and bring it to a boiling point and let it sudder for 3 to 5 min.
