Fish: Tuna Mornay – AussieAndrea Luminos

Ingredients:
2 tblspns butter
1 cup grated cheese
2 onions chopped
3 boiled eggs, chopped
2 tblespns plain flour
1 cup soft breadcrumbs
1 1/2 cups milk
juice 1/2 lemon
280g can tuna, drained
1 tblspn parley, chopped
salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:
Melt butter in casserole dish for 40 secs. Add onion, cook further 2 mins.
Stir in flour, mix well. Gradually add milk, blending well.
Return to cooker and cook, stirring occasionally for 4 mins on normal.
Add cheese, eggs, breadcrumbs, lemon juice, tuna, parsley and season with s & p.
Warm until heated thru.. (serve with rice or pasta)
